Shaihy Zhandos, born in 1982, is a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board in April 2024. He was elected to the Management Board by the Board of Directors on May 28, 2024. He oversees project management and asset management.
