Satzhan Temirgaliyev is a senior executive with international experience across complex, capital-intense industries. He previously held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer of ERG, where he led financial transformation, strengthened governance and supported strategic decision-making across global operations.

Currently, Satzhan serves as Deputy CEO for Strategy and Corporate Development at ERG in Astana. He holds an MBA from Oxford University, is a US CPA, and a member of the Institute of Directors (UK).
