Viсtor Davydov is Co-Founder and Director of Environmental and Social Advisory at ENSOR Management Consultants, where he leads ESG and sustainability advisory for major natural resources and industrial clients.

He has nearly 20 years of experience advising multinational corporations, investors, and lenders on complex environmental and social risks across the full investment lifecycle. His work spans ESG due diligence, M&A and project finance advisory, ESG strategy development, and implementation of international standards.

Viktor has led over 300 engagements across more than 15 countries in Europe, Central Asia, Asia, Africa, and the Americas, supporting clients in managing risk, securing financing, and meeting international ESG requirements.

His experience includes advising leading global mining and metals companies, including Rio Tinto, Alcoa, Norilsk Nickel, ERG, Kaz Minerals, Yildirim, Metalloinvest, and Rusal, as well as working in alignment with key international frameworks such as IFC Performance Standards, EBRD requirements, ICMM, IRMA, Copper Mark, and Responsible Steel.
