In my professional case, there are new laws that created the primary sectoral legislative base of the country - the new Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, «About the plant world», «On public-private partnership», «On the fund for compensation of victims», «On the civil service of the Republic of Kazakhstan», amendments and additions to legislation in the field of subsoil use, electric power industry, energy saving and increasing energy efficiency, reproduction and use of nuclear energy, renewable energy sources, as well as on issues of organizing and holding an international specialized exhibition.
I have more than 30 publications on legal regulation of environmental issues and subsoil use in Russian and English.
