Production of AirLift pneumatic pumps with wellhead modules, drive-in piezometers, vandal-resistant protection for wellhead equipment, and emitters for supplying air conditioners to the well.

How we do it:

1. We study the problem and translate it into technical specifications.
2. We develop a package of engineering solutions and a scientific justification.
3. We prepare the design specifications.
4. We simultaneously install a pilot plant to demonstrate the proposed technical solutions and their performance under real-world climatic and production conditions.
5. We collaborate with a specialized design organization (we provide primary documentation, design concepts, and complete the equipment section).
6. We complete the complete turnkey construction and installation work.
7. We perform commissioning and performance testing.
8. We train process personnel.
9. We take over the facility's ongoing maintenance (establishing a local unit within easy reach of the plant and staffed with trained specialists, specialized tools, transportation, and the necessary reserve equipment, spare parts, and consumables).

The entire work cycle is carried out in close collaboration with the customer's specialists and under the constant supervision of the field operator (the company's production department).
