The Forum is organised under the theme: “Kazakhstan’s Mineral Resources: Reforming for Value in a Multi-Vector Reality.”

PRESENTATION PACKAGES

Present your business, product or service

Plan Includes:

  • One (1) speaker pass with access to all sessions of the forum, coffee breaks and lunches.
  • 10-15-minute presentation (Forum, DigiTech conference or Pitch-Up session). The timing and the presentation session are allocated on the case-by-case basis.
  • Listing of the presenter’s profile on the website and web application.
  • Video recording of the presentation and dissemination of the presentation materials (e.g. slides) to participants after the Forum.
  • Access to a web application a few days before the forum begins, enabling you to schedule meetings with fellow participants.
  • Access after the Forum to the presentations, video recordings of the sessions and photos.
Present a keynote, case study, white paper, etc.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Admission fees

Unless otherwise agreed, speakers are required to pay an admission fee to attend the Forum. MINEX Forum does not cover travel or research expenses. 

Complimentary passes

Complimentary guest passes are offered to: 

  • Speakers or panellists representing a Forum sponsor or partner 
  • Representatives of national or international government organisations 
  • Speakers invited as guests 

Remote participation

Speakers are expected to present in person. Exceptions may apply if attendance is impossible and no substitute is available. 

Official invitation letters

An official invitation letter can be provided upon request. Please complete the contact form with your details and organisation information. 

Substitute speakers

To register a substitute speaker, submit a new speaker application form. 

Translation services

Simultaneous translation is available for all registered participants during Forum sessions. 

Presentation language

Presentations may be delivered in English or Russian. Slides should be prepared in English or include both English and Russian. 

Speaker fees

Organising the Forum involves significant costs. As the event is primarily funded by commercial organisations, companies presenting their projects, services, or products are expected to pay an advertising fee in addition to admission fees. Speakers delivering non-commercial presentations on behalf of profit-driven organisations pay only the admission fee. 

Access to materials

Registered delegates will have access to presentation slides, session recordings, and photos approximately two to three weeks after the Forum.
